I Can the prior years of It's Deductable be restored?

I have used It's Deductible for several years.  When I signed in this year, the previous years were blank.

I Can the prior years of It's Deductable be restored?

Sounds like you have multiple accounts without realizing it and signed into the wrong one.  To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Also be aware the new version of ItsDeductible is still a work in progress and has several bugs.  You may wish to use the classic version.  Here's how to get to the classic version.  You'll still need to be using the right account, however, once you find the right User ID using the method above.

  • Use this link: 
  • https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm
  • The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button (see screen image below).
  • Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account.
  • You can bookmark that page to use each time.
