I can't get to printer dialog box to print

When I try to print I cannot get to printer dialog box. I have 2 printers so I can't access either of them to print. When I first installed Turbotax I was able to print 2 forms--2 year comparison and tax history. I usually do this to check that info from my previous year's return are correct. This was printed from "print active form." Now I can't do that anymore. I deleted program and reinstalled. I started a new return. I still can't print!!!
