You do not mention why you want to amend a 2020 return. It is too late to amend 2020 to get a better refund. Why do you want to amend?

I mailed my m1pr property tax refund on July 28, it’s due on August 15. If they’re behind and don’t process it by the due date. Will I still get my refund?
