If you are unable to go to the IRS's website you may also call their automated system (Those without Internet access can access this tool by calling 800-829-1954, 24 hours a day.). When you call it is best to have a copy of your tax return ready as you will have to verify some information before being allowed to continue. Should the IRS not have information regarding your refund do not be alarmed, they are behind in updating their systems.
