I can only get page 1 to open and print or download, how do I print 2nd page and the schedule A form?

Both pages of your 1040 print on 1 page.  Look halfway down the 1040 and you will see Page 2, see the image attached.  

When you go to the Print Center, you can choose ''View or Print Forms'', see the 2nd image.  All of the forms and worksheets will be included and you can choose the specific form (Schedule A) you need to print.  Keep in mind that you won't get a Schedule A unless you itemize deductions.  If you took the standard deduction and need to see what itemized deductions you entered, you can view the ''2-year comparison'' which lists the itemized deductions that you entered even if you didn't get to deduct them.
