I amended taxes and owe money can i send amended form and pay by April 15th? I do not have all the money?

I amended my taxes and owe money back but don’t have the money I am sending 

Them by mail do I have to send money then or can I pay by April 15th?

You can pay the federal taxes owed from the amended return on or before April 15, 2019 to avoid a failure to pay penalty.
