I am using turbo tax home and business 2018 and cannot find form 8996 how can I get this form into my return with turbo tax?

If turbotax doesn't support it, how do I file it? Turbo Tax asks the question "Is attaching Form 8996 to certify as a Qualified Opportunity Fund?". I can print and fill out the form but what do I send with it?
