I am trying to download a return that is from 2015, but it says that it is too old. How can I get access to my return from this year?

The .tax file states that it's corrupt when I try to download, and the regular download option is greyed out due to being too old.

TurboTax only retains online tax returns for the past seven years, the same retention period as the IRS.  The 2015 tax return is no longer available.

You may be able to access a transcript of your 2015 tax return from the IRS.  Go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

For a fee you may be able to get a PDF from the .tax file from the following website - https://www.taxprinter.com/
