I am to receive my tax refund on February 26 2020

How come when I check with Santa Barbara bank it says it received my refund, took out the fees, and sent it to me but I still don’t have it?

I don't know about that! my where's my refund says it's to be deposited by today and so far it is 1:15 p.m. here in Texas and I don't have my direct deposit in my bank and my bank has not seen it in there either.

That's bc their systems went down overnight someone else on this called and checked.  That's why alot of us didn't get paid today! Some people did get paid but the majority of us didn't. We just have to hope it will hit today. If not today tomorrow or Friday

Thank you that was so helpful now I know you all got my refund on 2 25 20 took what I owed it now says you will deposit my refund on 2 26 20 (today) so will that be midnight tonight or can I receive it anytime today? Thanks for the info.

That is crazy the whole system went down on the day we need our money. If you call to speak to someone you will be on hold for along time but they will help

The rep said they where working on them. She told me it was sent to the bank but it could take a day or two to receive them.
