I want to reopen return and attempt e-file but I am stuck on download/print page

Please log out or close out the program and clear your cookies and cache. Then reboot your computer and log back in. This resolves many issues. The program may just needed a refreshing.

My 2023 return got amended. Support articles state we can have a desktop version pushed to our account if we have a reject happen. How can I have this done
