If my refund on the IRS website says still processing does it mean I will be audited?

Taeshjuan that's exactly how I feel. They literally want us to wait until the beginning of April to know anything. I pray that all of us have a blessed March and some relief come in.

So do I, we are set to move next weekend for work and the plan was to use taxes to pay up on housing untill we could get settled. This definitely changes things. It just seems off to me that so many people are saying they are being reviewed. And not just here there are alot of other groups dedicated specifically to people whose refunds are being held. The number is astonishing. All we can do is wait although I'm not happy about it.

Yea its strrssful when ypu have to pay bills and take care of your children and it sucks even more when they are barely giving you any info9

Yes it is very stressful. I can't believe how many other people got pulled and with no info, updates, or anything.

Yes exactly I'm not mad at being pulled for review but I am upset and the way they do business especially this time of year. They should inform everyone that are pulling personally. We shouldn't have to call them to find that info out

I filed the 19th of jan and got approved the 21st. Everything was going smoothly and then bam! For the past month it's been the same fucking message on the it's website "still being processed a refund date will be provided when available" . I was excited that I did it early and got it out of the way. But now I am wondering if filing early put up red flags... I got my w2 at the beginning of January so I was on top of it... I did everything the way I always do. And it was just a simple w2. I have not heard anything and I am going insane. I need my taxes back...

I agree.  I filed early because I was ready.  Felt good to get that off my list of things to do. Now I am stuck in the stupid holding status with all of you fine people.   I need my money too.

Yes mine was pulled feb 14th for review ... we files and was recieved january 23rd. We had bars,then the path act message then it went back to showing processing.  Now the woman i spoke with this morning at the irs said we would continue to see this message until the return goes into the next stage of processing and maybe get a date. And of course still no letter has been sent i wanna know what the hell they have been reviewing sense the 14th .... if i have to wait til april 1st as long as ive done been waiting im gonna be mad as hell.
