I am having issues with my state refund

Whenever I try to continue with them it redirects me to the home page. I tried to use a different browser and it is still doing the same thing. It looks like a loophole, my federal taxes were accepted by IRS. It is a Wisconsin state return if it makes a difference

If so, please provide some insight into "whenever I try to continue with them it redirects me to the homepage". Are you perhaps trying to check your refund status with your state? is this where you are experience a loophole while tracking it?
