I already filed somewhere else..what can I do with the return status here that I never filed on?

I filed at H&R Block and was all set, I didn't get a return because I owe the IRS and took care of that today 4/3 too. So what can I do about this since I have to PAY TO UPGRADE to speak with a REAL specialist

If you did not use TurboTax to file your tax return why do you want to speak to anyone at TT?   You do not have to file a return you started using TT.  You can clear out the data you entered and just abandon the account.

If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over (or in this case--just clear and do NOT start over)
