I already filed my taxes before my 1099G form came in the mail. Is there anyway possible I can edit my taxes and file my 1099G forms ?

If you have already submitted and e-filed your tax return and it is accepted, then you will have to amend it to make the corrections.

But if your tax return is rejected, you will have an opportunity to make the corrections before resending it.
