TurboTax did not ask whether you have a Form 1095-C. It asked whether you have Form 1095-A. You do not enter Form 1095-C in your tax return.
If you have Form 1095-C, and not Form 1095-A, and you said that you do not have Form 1095-A, then you don't have to change anything.
If you do have Form 1095-A, but you said that you didn't, you can go back to the question and change your answer. In the Search box type 1095-a, then click the link that says "Jump to 1095-a."
