When I check " where's my refund", it says please check your information as it may of been entered incorrectly. Should I contact the i.r.s?

Yes, it was also accepted on February 10 and it's telling me that my information may be entered invalid. What should or could I do?

How long should I wait before calling to see what's going on since it's been over 3 weeks since I e-filed?

IRS representatives can only research your refund if it’s been at least 21 days since you e-filed, at least 6 weeks since you mailed your return, or if their Where’s My Refund? lookup tool tells you to contact them.
