Question

Turbo tax experts looked over my refund and guaranteed it was accurate. IRS just informed me my refund is zero instead of 4K. I want money paid to turbo refunded.

What did the IRS change? TT goes by your data entry, and does not know if you keyed something in wrong, forgot to claim income, or owe back debts.

the accuracy guarantee applies only if the data YOU entered in your return was correct. I suspect it wasn't. if you haven't already received an explanation from the state expect it within the next 2 to 3 weeks. if you got a notice and don't understand what happened, call the number on it.
