You cannot file your tax return without your W-2's, and, sorry.....but you cannot get the advance at this time anyway.

Refund advance loans are not available from TurboTax at this time.   TurboTax’s loan program typically starts in January and ends in mid-February.   Your tax return cannot be filed until later in January.   One of the options you can select when you are ready to file is to get a refund advance loan,    You do not receive any money until your e-file has been accepted by the IRS—-and the IRS will not begin to accept e-files until at least mid to late January.

And…..do not try to prepare a tax return without ALL of your income documents; you must include every 2023 W-2 on the same tax return.  Employers have until the end of January to issue W-2’s.   Wait until you have all of your W-2’s.

Note to other users who may read this thread----the original poster's question asked how to get the refund advance without having W-2's.   A reply was provided and the user edited their question and changed it to "How".
