You don't mention what needs to be fixed but assuming you mean your return was rejected because it contains an error, the following TurboTax FAQ explains how to fix a rejected return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302275

@Lovelyelysse09 To revisit the Child Care section, search "child care" and click the Jump to child care link in the search results.  See the screenshot below for reference:

Take the steps below to revisit the medical/health section of your return:

1. Sign into your online account and Continue your return.

2. Select Federal on the left-hand side of the screen. 

3. Click Deductions & Credits on the top menu

4. Scroll until you see the Medical section
