How to check my routing and account number with turbo tax software

Your direct deposit account data can be found in the Tax Return Summary in TurboTax.

With TurboTax open,

1. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents, and click Show.
2. Under 2020, choose Download/print return (PDF).
3. Open the PDF of your return. The first page is your Federal return summary. In the first section, you'll see the bank account information you entered for your direct deposit.

It's line 35a and d on the 1040 Form that is to have the routing and account numbers not 21a and d.

I have already filed and need to find the info and it's X'd out.  Unfortunate as I need to find that info since the IRS contacted me about the inability to get payment from this routing and account number.

You can log into your Turbo Tax Account. Once there on your landing page, scroll down to your 2020 return.  Select add a state and then scroll to the file button.  There you can review your direct deposit information that was entered. note, You won't be able to change that here but you can at least verify what information was entered.
