How to amend and add REV-1882?

I need to apply for insurance during non-open enrollment, I was told to fill out REV-1882 and then amend my taxes. I've already gotten into the amending my taxes part in TurboTax but where/how do I add my finished REV-1882 form?

Form REV-1882 is a state form. It's included in the TurboTax state program for Pennsylvania. You will have to amend your state tax return in order to include it. You will fill out Form REV-1882 in TurboTax, in the state section for Pennsylvania. You do not include an REV-1882 form that you filled out outside of TurboTax.
