How to add form 7202 when amending my 2021 return if i originally efiled

I am very confused about how I am supposed to add form 7202 when amending my 2021 self employed tax return that I originally efiled. Do i efile my 2021 self employed return and add form 7202 as a pdf or can I somehow add form 7202 electronically when i efile my 2021 amended return? I hope this makes sense because I've  been stumped for a couple weeks trying to figure this one out. Thanks
