How to access past 2019 IRS tax returns?

tried docs and pdf download goes to my pc storage ..!

Please take a look at the following FAQ: Accessing Prior Year Tax Return

You should be able to view and print your return; if it is being saved to your pc somehow then you should still be able to open it with a pdf viewer and then print it.
