How soon do i get my refund after recieved by santa barbara bank

Hello did you ever get your refund my refund was from last year as well I have a 846 for 5 18 22 it suppose to go to Santa Barbara bank to have fees taken out

They suck and steal money! Received my money on June 22 and I've verified with the irs twice on their recept of transfer! No money to me yet ! Won't answer their phone. Horrid ppl
