How long does it take for you tax return status to progress from accepted to being sent out to you if it’s been 10 days already?

Accepted means received for processing. It is not the same as Approved, which is a later step. The IRS customarily has a goal of 21 days, but it is taking longer this year. They are dealing with a huge backlog, in part because of all the extra returns filed this year just for the stimulus. Another user recently posted that an IRS rep told him that processing time is running 30-40 days now.
