It can take 24 to 48 hours for Federal to show accepted. States often take longer, 3 to 5 days or more after Federal is accepted. Once accepted it can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks for the IRS to approve. For more information and what to expect see: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4495802
