So if the IRS says my refund was direct deposited, how long until my funds are available?

Last year I chose the direct deposit option and I received my funds in my account in 8 days. The IRS computers were down this year according to the news which caused a delay in refunds. I've been waiting 2 weeks so far and still no funds.
