If you elected your refund be deposited on your card, it will come but no money will be on there until the IRS or State actually issues your refund. .

The IRS states that most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected. If your Federal return has been accepted please, wait 24 hours before looking it up at Where's My Refund?However, the IRS will hold the refunds claiming EITC and ACTC-related returns until Mid-February.

I filed on Feb 9th,my taxes were accepted. I received my card, set it up on line and still have nothing. This card option is very  misleading. I am getting the feeling that IF money is ever put on the card it will basically be the same time I will get my refund check direct deposited.
