You will not be able to e-file a 2024 tax return until sometime in January 2025. When you are ready to file you will be able to choose to pay the TurboTax fees with your refund if your refund is enough to also pay the EXTRA refund processing fee that goes to the third party bank that handles refund processing. That will be an extra fee of $40 or $45 in CA along with the other fees for using TT software.
