if there is an advance program for 2024 returns it won't offered until Jan. 2025. If it's like prior years, it has to be offered to you. You can't apply for it.

Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time. For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February. The refund advance loans are not issued until the IRS accepts your e-file. The IRS will not be accepting e-files until sometime late in January.
