How does one avoid the error message "direct debit yes box should not be checked – this is only for e-filed returns"?

I do intend to file a return electronically, so the error message is premature.

TurboTax Online

Level 15

You cannot e-file a prior year's return best you can't direct debit the balance due either.

Level 14

You should be able to e-file your tax return now and not see this error message. This issue has been resolved. If you are still seeing this error message, you can try a different browser or clear cache and cookies. Please see the TurboTax FAQ's on how to clear your cache here.
