How do you modify a return that has not yet been mailed?

I like to pay for my turbotax fee in order to print and do a final review on paper.  In the past, I've always been able to get back in to make final tweaks in order to print the "real" final return.  I think things may have changed and "amend" is the only option now which is not applicable to this.  One of the help sections from 2016 state you can "add state" to get back in that way, but even that doesn't seem to give an option to get back into the meat of the taxes.  If I can't get this to work, I'll have to finish the taxes manually after having just paid $100 to turbotax!  Thanks if anyone has ideas!

It seems as though that you haven't actually made the choice to file by mail yet. If you aren't seeing the option to "add a state" when you log in, then the option to file by mail has not been picked.
