You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
On your home page (after login), you should see an envelope in the upper right-hand corner. You'll see it right next to your avatar. The envelope should have a number on it if you have unread messages.

I don't have an envelope in the upper right-hand corner. No avatar either. How do I view messages from my tax expert? I have an email saying there's a message for me.

@vatsan I'm not sure how you receive messages from your tax experts. Apparently you're using TurboTax Live. Please use the info below to contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours. A Support agent should be able to assist you.
