How do i submit my amendment when ive alreasdy set up payment arrangements with IRS today?

if you already made arrangements, do not put direct debit bank account info on your amended tax return.

When the software asks how you will pay your tax due, select that you will mail a check.  That does not go anywhere on the tax form, so you can really pay in whatever manner you have decided on or set up already.   TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you pay your tax due.
