Unfortunately, once the process has begun, you can't change your tax return unless it is rejected for e-file. 

If you tax return has been rejected, you can make the changes you need as well as correct the e-file errors.

If you want to change something in your tax return, you will need to wait until it has been processed and file an amended tax return.
