If you've already filed your tax return, you can get back in to TurboTax to revise your information for your M1 PR form.
At the Welcome Home screen, go to the tab My TurboTax (see screenshot).
Under Some Things You Can Do, at the bottom of the screen, Choose Add a State (you aren't really adding a State, but you will be able to access your return).
Go to your MN return, and go all the way through it until you reach the property tax credit section. Complete the information, and you will reach the screen Filing Instructions (see the screenshot). You can print the return from there.

If you actually filed your M1PR using the estimated property tax, & now the actual property tax figure is different, you will have to file M1PRX, which is an amended form, to send the correct information. It needs to be mailed - cannot efile it.
