It seems to be a total waste of time to try to communicate with you and the stupid phone robot. First you did not send me two CD's and I never said you did. I called because I acquired on turbotax CD on line to do my taxes which I have done with TT for probably more than 10 years. I get the CD in the mail and put in the same computer I have always used to do my taxes. I get message the Turbotax 2021 can't run on computer the way it always has in the past. First, I think there ought to be a big warning to customers that if the buy a TT CD that it won't run on the computer they have used of years and they need to be aware that they have to have the right computer for it to run on. I now find in the fine print on the package that it requires Windows 8 to run it. Its a little late for me to find that out now. It ought to be in large print in the advertisements whereever it is being sold which it was not. I called to be sure that on top of the all the inconvenience of dealing with this silliness that I don't get charged for it on top of it. You should be paying me for wasting my time. The lady said she was going to me with an email that would enable me to be sure that I am not charged for the CD.
