How do I respond to an IRS Notice CP23?

I believe That some of my withheld taxes are not shown in the IRS calc. How do I respond to them?

Can you clarify if your 1040 (in the section Payments) agrees with the amount withheld from your tax form(s)? If from a W-2 form, then your box 2 should match Line 25a on your 1040. The amounts you entered into TurboTax from your form automatically flow to your 1040.
