How do I report an estimate payment made to IRS but didnt include on my now accepted return?

When do I amend my 2018 return because I didn't report an estimate payment made this year?

Wait until your return is processed; you don't have to amend your tax return. The IRS will most likely catch it and "adjust" the refund/tax due on their own since they have received the estimated payments and have it in their database.

The estimated payment gets attached to your account transcript, so you should get back a larger refund or, if you were paying, a refund for overpayment.
