How do I remove a mistakenly entered document?

Under Federal

Wages & Income
Scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security1099-R, IRAs, 401(k), early withdrawals [Add/Edit]
Select the 1099-R you want to clear
Use the Trash Can on the right side
Are you sure you want to delete this 1099-R? [Yes]
