How do I manually edit my return

I started to file trying to claim my daughter, but since she's 20 & has a job & when she filled out her W2 before starting she put that nobody can claim her as a dependent so she started to file herself but the IRS keeps rejecting it cause it shows she's already filed. How do I fix this?

You do not mention whether she was a full-time student.   If she was a full-time student she could still be claimed as your qualifying child.   So--we do not know who made a mistake---your daughter or you.

If she is 20 and is NOT a full-time student, she cannot be claimed if she had over $4700 of income.

If she was a full-time student, the amount she earned does not matter --she can be claimed as a dependent.

Provide some details.
