How do I know where my refund is going

If you used TurboTax last year, TurboTax will automatically choose what you selected last year.

If you have not e-filed your tax return yet, please follow the instructions below, on how to view your direct deposit information:

Please sign-in to your TurboTax Online Account and then:

  1. Select "Take me to my return"
  2. Once you are in your return, select the file tab in the upper right-hand section of the TurboTax screen
  3. Once you have selected the file tab you will then see your direct deposit information.

If you have already e-filed your return, you can log back into your account and select Download/Print return. Once you get the PDF of your return, on Form 1040 - Line 76 b, c ,d or Form 1040A - Line 48 b, c, d or Form 1040EZ - line 13 b, c, d you will see your bank information.

If your banks routing or account number is not listed on those lines or if you didn't opt for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, then you will receive a paper check in the mail at the address on the tax return.
