if you e-filed, you get an email saying either accepted or rejected. Rejected means there's an issue that needs to be corrected, if possible, and then resubmitted. If that's your situation, we would need the rejection code or message to help you. If it was mailed, the IRS never confirms receipt.
How did you file? Did you efile, or did you choose to file by mail? If you filed by mail, did you print, sign, date, and postal mail it? TurboTax does not mail it for you.
If you efiled, and successfully completed the efile process, then you should have received 2 emails--the first one saying the return had been submitted, followed by a second email on whether it had been accepted for processing or rejected. If you didn't receive them, also check your email's junk/spam folder.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can also check at the Tax Home of your account. Which of these terms is used there: accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or something else?
On the filed return were you due a Federal refund, or did you owe Federal taxes due?
