How do I know if I’m approved it’s been weeks and all it say is accepted I’m pass my 21 days and still no refund

I got accepted on March 20th

Although the IRS goal is 21 days, that is not a guaranty. Some folks have been waiting much longer (including myself).  All you can do is check the IRS website once a day.
