You would have to use the same username you did for the prior year. If you forget, they have the question forgot username or password. It will then ask you to reset your password. When back in turbo tax, your info will import. Mind you, you need the w-2 infor for box 1. Your gross wages. If you don't have it, go back to your last 2016 pay stub and that figure should be the year to date!
