The message We are having trouble validating your credit card, please try again when attempting to pay may indicate a mismatch with the information you've entered compared to what's on file with your credit card company. We check this information to make sure someone else isn't using your card fraudulently.
If problems persist:
It is the same card I have used the last 5 years. AND I also have called the card company and there is NOTHIING wrong with my card. I also tried to use a couple other different cards and you would not accept those either.
I have done everything you suggested. There is nothing wrong with my card per Citi, plus I have tried other good cards and they are rejected also. I even had one of your employees input it for me. He said it took, then 2 days later I get a notice that my card was rejected.

I plan to have you download my program onto a Windows 10 computer. My problem now is paying for the program. You will not accept any of my credit cards, and I have called the banks and they are all active and good. I don't know what else to do ????? HELP !!!!!
Try buying it from a third party reseller ... you will probably get a better price from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc.
