My 2019 return was e-filed and accepted by the IRS. Now they say they never got it. How do I fix this?

You will have to print out your return and mail it in.

If you prepared your tax return online with TurboTax, you can download previous year tax returns and then print them using your computer. To do this, log into your TurboTax program, by entering your user name and password, then you will see an option on your Tax Home page for Your tax returns & documents, where you will see the tax returns from previous years that are available to be downloaded.

Print out your tax return for 2019, sign it and mail with a copy of your W-2 if available to the address in the filing instructions that will also print out.
