If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
To file your State Return there is a fee. As of 03/17/2017 Turbo Tax Fees have changed

Turbo Tax charges for you using the program to prepare your return, it is not based on your refund method. If a refund is warranted, you will need to speak to an agent.

One of your agents look through my text forms said that I did not need the forms the gyms were charging me for I should not haven't told to buy the package you told me to buy and she also sent me an email stating that she wanted to make sure that this was completely resolved because robbed me I have a learning disability and I really don't comprehend well and I can't read your spell very well and I'm not going to be robbed because I have a learning disability

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

@Stacy 1 Hope you hear from them----we cannot do anything to resolve a billing issue in the user forum, nor can we schedule or arrange for customer support to call you. This is Good Friday---so there may be fewer people working. If you do not hear from them by Monday, try calling customer support again.
Sorry to hear you had trouble completing your return and understanding the fees. Next time----ask questions in the user forum before you file or enter any credit card information so that we can help you out.
