How do i find out where my debit card is being mailed to?

The info you previously entered will automatically appear on the order form when ordering your card. Make sure this info is accurate, as it’ll be used to verify your identity. If you did not change or update any of the information, the information will be transferred from your tax return and will be sent to the address listed.
