I'm sorry, but no one here in a user community forum is going to have any idea based on such a vague statement as "can't complete my return." You haven't said anything about your issue. You have to explain the problem in full for someone to possibly even begin to suggest anything.

You have to explain where in the process you are, what you are experiencing, what/where is any roadblock, any error messages, etc.
